    1 KW Short Tabbed 3x6 Solar Cells DIY Panel Kit w/Wire Flux Diode Instruction. This solar cells Diy panel kit includes the following items:



    1) 550 pcs short tabbed 3x6 solar cells plus some bonus cells.



    2) Tabbing wires: $19 value - additional 225 feet of tabbing wires to connect the solar cells. Cut them into 6 inch sections to solder onto the bus bars or back side of the cells.



    3) Bus wires: $17 value - additional 55 feet of bus wires. Use them to connect them between the series and connect the tabbing wires ends to the junction box at the back of the panel.



    4) Flux: $7-$14.95 value - an easy-to-use flux pen that dispenses flux onto the bus bar or your tabbing wires without leaving a mess. It's used to aid soldering and bonding of the wires to the cells. A must have item. The flux liquid in the pen has a seal. At first use of the brand new flux, remove cap, hold the flux and point the tip upward, press the tip inside a few times so that the liquid can flow to the tip later on.



    5) Diode: $20 value - 10 diode rated at 15 amp each. Schottky style diodes.

    The SP Performance Diamond Slotted Brake Rotors are a unique design in slotted technology. This slotted design was created to maximize the out-gassing while maintaining the structural integrity of the rotor. The series of slots and diamond slots "wipes" the surface of the pad, reducing gases which build up and cause brakes to fade at higher temperatures. The slots and diamonds are machined to the minimum rotor thickness to insure rotor strength and integrity. The appearance of this design is highly desirable to the performance enthusiast wanting a new look to their vehicle.

    Each rotor is coated with SP's flat gray ZRC. It provides long-lasting protection against corrosion in the most hostile salt-water environments. After being applied, ZRC provides the highest level of galvanic protection. The film of ZRC is conductive. After the coating heats up during use, it bonds permanently to the metal surface. Solution-dye isn't really a dye process, the color pigments are mixed into the compound that is extruded as thread. This puts the color all the way through each fiber making it more fade resistant and saves 1,000 gallons of water for every 1,000 yards of fabric produced since they don't surface-dye the fabric. To construct this fabric, pre-finishing chemistries are applied to the solution-dye polyester fabric to prep it for the encapsulation process. Nextec proprietary equipment then applies a viscous patented mixture of silicon-based polymers onto the fabric. Heat and pressure is applied to the polymers, working them inside the fabric and wrapping the individual fade resistant fibers. All but the smallest spaces are filled and the micro holes that remain allow the fabric to breathe so any moisture or heat under the cover can easily escape. Specially designed ovens cure the polymers to a solid state and the fabric is ready to make into covers. No microfibers, no laminates, and no surface coating. "EPIC" by Nextec's encapsulation process delivers all-weather protection, compact packability, easy care, and a soft-to-paint touch without sacrificing breathability. WeatherShield is not waterproof, but if kept clean it will shed most water and helps prevent dust, dirt, bird droppings and tree sap from reaching the vehicle surface. The breathable properties of the fabric assure that any heat, moisture or condensation under the cover can easily escape. This cover is backed by a four-year warranty against fabric flaws and workmanship.
